About the Artist

I am a professional illustrator, painter, sculptor, and ceramist based in South Texas. I would describe my art as vibrant, captivating, playful, emotional, intriguing, and meditative. Born near the border, I lived in Alamo TX during my childhood and then moved to San Antonio where I spent most of my teens. Now back in The Valley, I studied art at the University of Texas Rio Grande.

I have a small studio space in my home where I create most of my work and where moments of solitude inform my creative spirit. Meditations and self-reflection translate into a canvas, a piece of clay, and anything I can get my hands on. My purpose as an artist is to glorify God in the artistic talents he has gifted me as a way to know Him and make Him known.
